I like this watch because it looks cool and it’s simple. I think most guys and even some gals instinctively like camouflage and nobody is going to be able to see you wearing this Casio G-Shock in the woods, for sure. It’s also a plus that it has a 7 year battery and it’s not overly complex. Tools are just that, tools. They should have a function and use and do that job without being overly complicated or in a way that detracts from their primary function. It’s also got a light and is water resistant to 200 meters.
Casio G-Shock GD120CM-5
Casio G-Shock GD120CM-5
The woodland camouflage pattern of the GD120CM models make these watches perfectly suited to today’s street fashion scene. A new multi-angle printing technology was applied to create the case and band patterns of these models, as well as the camouflage patterns of their dials. GD120CM-5 is a digital watch with brown and green camouflage pattern.

I think this is the most manly Casio G-Shock watch of 2020. It’s green, looks tough, and has important things to survive in the wilderness like barometer, temperature, and altitude. It’s also solar powered and water resistant to 200 meters. It also comes in a blacked out version if you fantasize about being in the swat team or special forces and one with black with red accents. It looks pretty mean and awesome and I think I want one.

Casio G-Shock GW9400-3
Introducing RANGEMAN, the latest addition to the Master of G series of tough and rugged timepieces that are designed and engineered to stand up to the most grueling conditions imaginable. RANGEMAN employs a Shock Resistant Triple Sensor, which makes it capable of keeping altitude, barometric pressure, temperature and direction readings at your fingertips.
Cylindrical buttons provide outstanding operation and improved resistance to impact. The frequently used sensor button (center right) has a metal cover that protects it against lateral impact and keeps foreign matter out. All of this plus sunrise/sunset data, one-touch time recording, one-touch elapsed time measurement, world-renowned G-Shock toughness and durability, and much more makes RANGEMAN the perfect choice for rangers, rescue crews, and anyone else whose profession or activities demand unfailing reliability. We didn’t say it was pretty but this is the most expensive G-Shock on the official G-Shock website. We know there are other models that are out there selling for more, but we couldn’t find them for direct buy on the official website listed as for sale. If we are wrong, let us know. This G-Shock is going for $5500 on the official G-Shock website. Kind of ugly in our opinion and it’s listed as out of stock at the time of writing this post.

Casio G-Shock MRGG2000HB-1A
Introducing a new model from MR-G, the top of the G-SHOCK line, that packs Bluetooth® GPS radio-controlled solar-powered timekeeping into an elegant design featuring a hammered finish bezel.Traditional tsuiki metal hammering has been used in Japan for centuries in the production of armor, copperware, and other metal implements using a mallet and special chisel that leave marks that create a distinctive pattern on the metal. These marks resemble the scales seen on black dragon drawings and make each item a work of art. The painstakingly hammered patterns of the metal reflect the personality of the artisan who created them, and identify the handmade nature of each item. This traditional Japanese aesthetic sense is applied to a shock-resistant, full-metal body that houses a 3-Way Connected Engine for accurate timekeeping virtually anywhere in the world. The result is absolute toughness and absolute accuracy that is distinctively MR-G.

This is it, my favorite of all of Casio G-Shock metal or steel looking watches for 2020. I like how it combines the look of a more expensive formal watch with that of a sport watch that you can take anywhere. The red G-Shock logo on the dial looks great. I just wish the battery lasted longer. I mean, it is solar, right?

Carbon Core Guard Structure. The inner case is made of fine resin that incorporates carbon fiber for light weight along with rigidity that is superior to that of resin. This material protects the internal module from shock-induced damage and deformation. The outer case is made of stainless steel. The dual back cover protects the back surface against impact. The smaller case of the GSTB200 series provides a comfortable fit, even though the watch is equipped with a wide face. The light-on-dark LCD contributes to both functionality and face design.
